My dad snores extremely loud, causing the rest of my family to lose sleep!. He has a potbelly, and it a tad overweight!. Any short term tips!? >!.<Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry, there are no short term tips that won't annoy the heck out of your dad!. Almost all snoring is caused by the enlargement of the soft palette by increase in weight!. your dad needs to lose a few pounds!. I have a relative who used to snore very loudly and every night!. she lost about 40 lbs and now she never, ever snores!.
I know this isn't going to be the answer you were hoping for but I have experience from 30 years of nursing and I really don't want you wasting your money on hoaxy rubbish that won't work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
