I wanna know why this may have happened?!

Question: I wanna know why this may have happened!?
hello I was just thinking about something that happened to me a couple months back and I never really figured out what happened!. It all started when I fell asleep around 10pm only to wake around 3-4 am!. I woke with so much pain in my chest and lungs!. I couldn't breath!. I couln't move my chest was rising extremly fast as well as my stomach!. I thought I was dying!. My b/f was next to me I guess I woke him, he didn't know what to do!. I was completly not able to get up or sit up I tryed and the more I tryed the more I couldn't breath!. My b/f drove me to the ER!. The whole drive seemed far even though its about 3 mins away!.at the ER they took me in quickly !. Put me in a rm and asked a few questions!. I was still breathing very labored!. They came up with either I had an allergy Hay fever attack or just heart burn!. They gave me this cocktail blend of lidocaine and other stuff, For some reason I feel it was something else!.The docs didn't take the time to find out what it could be!.what could itbe!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Possible panic attack!. If it happens again try to tell yourself you are fine and breath in through your nose - hold it for a few seconds and blow out through your mouth slowly (twice as long as you breathed in!.) Keep doing this until you calm down!. If it doesn't stop -- go to your primary or the ER depending on how bad your symptoms are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could have been a panic attack or allergy related!. Your physician is the best possible source for a proper diagnosis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

follow up with your primary care doctor -take your ER records!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
