I would assume so!.
There are tribes in Africa (Rwanda, perhaps in other countries) that elongate the labia via stretching techniques!. Childbirth also tends to enlarge them and change labial color!. It's really nothing to worry about, and I think the idea of "trimming" labia so that they can all look alike - what else is the point of such procedures, anyway!? - is just another example of the American subconscious predisposition towards conformity!.
