What Does It Mean When You're Really Thirsty?!

Question: What Does It Mean When You're Really Thirsty!?
I understand it could be dehydration but, I don't really think so!. Occasionally I get a great thirst that nothing quenches!. Sometimes it will be one day, other times it will be more, but from the time I wake up until the time I am able to fall asleep, I just keep drinking any fluid I can get my hands on, water, soda, iced tea, any beverage!. Could this be something serious and have you or anyone you know gone through this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
