i know i cant get rid of it ever but how can i minimize it!?
i have eczema on my arms, it isin't noticible but i can feel it and i get insecure when people grab my arms because it feels bumpyyyy

Have you been to a dermatologist!? Most regular docs don't have enough experience to deal with it, so I recommend a derm!. If it's not severe, you can try Elidel cream (it's a prescription), it is steroid free, but if it's severe, you may need steriod cream!. You have to be careful with that though, and can't use it all the time!. If it's not noticable like you said, the Elidel might work!. Keep it moisturized too, I like the Aveeno lotions, they are supposed to have come out with an Eczema Care lotion, but I haven't been able to find it yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my daughter has it, I can not recall the name of it though as she hasn't had to have it in a while!. Sometimes avoiding certain foods can be helpful too, we learnt that one orange is ok for our daughter to eat but if she has two her eczema gets worst!. Also strong smelling perfumes, lotions, laundry soaps and fabric softeners!. We use all dye free/sent free laundry products!. Our daughter screamed one night just minutes after going to bed, the new bounce sheets I had picked up turned her arms blood red!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hydrocortisone cream works to minimize it!. It is the best by far!. Go to walmart, first aid section, get equate (walmart) brand about $4 a tube!. If you can't find it the pharmacists always know where it is!. Use it only when you have to!. Once it is under control (basically gone) you have to keep it under control!. Stay away from irritants and stuff!. Sun is supposed to help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
