Question: Pimple won't go away! Please help!
I had these two pimples on my nose a few weeks ago [for at least 2 weeks] which finally went away!. then they came back a week or two ago! i wash my face w/ neutrogena oil free acne wash twice a day and use spot treatment on it but it won't go away!. it looked like it had pus under it so i popped it safely thinking that would help but it's still a red bump! please help!

Try a hot compress, repeat!. Then gently take your nose and push upward!. You may need a stronger face wash for it!.!.
Also try using a toner after you pat dry your face!.
A deep cleaning mask once a week (one that heats up) and twice a week exfoliate the area -
