Question: Would Lymph nodes swell up and go down if i had leukemia or whould they stay swollen!?
I had a five day old and was engourged and dr!. said thats why i had the lumps in armpits, they went away and the baby is now five months old, but im brusing easily on my legs(i also have two other toddlers and im very active person)!. I just can't shake this fear of leukemia!. Would a cbc after i had the baby show any signs of leukemia like a high white blood count!? Wouln't i still have lumps in my armpits!? Please give me some advice im so paranoid and im a hyprocondriac too!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If those lymph nodes were related to a lymphocytic leukemia, they would not have gone away!. Acute leukemias are relatively rare!. A simple CBC with your regular doctor would rule this out and put your fears to rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
