no offence to anyone on here, but if your a diabetic dont eat the pasta and ramen noodle and all that stuff!. It has alot of carbs and will raise your blood sugar!. 1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta has 42 carbs and 1/2 cup of sauce has 12 carbs, not great for alot of meals!. Eating it once in a while isnt bad but not everyday!. Meat is good for you, it has no carbs and some of it is cheap!. Eggs, meat, non starchy vegetables are your best bet it suck having to shop on a small budget i know!. chicken and tuna is good for you plus the canned tuna and chicken isnt expensive!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
