Could this be tonsil cancer? PLEASE HELP?!
Question: Could this be tonsil cancer!? PLEASE HELP!?
About 13 days ago I noticed a white spot on my tonsil, a day later it started getting slightly painful, I started coughing a little, becoming feverish, my tonsils swelled up and got big!. I had slight ear ache too!. I went to the chemists and was told I probably had tonsillitis!. I went to the doctors after that and was prescribed a weeks of Penicillin (Probably spelt wrong)!. I had a lot of phlegm too!.
The penicillin got rid of my cough, got rid of the swelling, got rid of the ear ache!. The white/yellow lump on my left tonsil got smaller and began to fade, but I popped it!. (I know popping wasn't the right thing to do)!.
Anyway, I kept hearing a weird noise when i way laying on my left side, in my left ear, like my breathing!. Only as if I was breathing through my ear!. Today, I had some decongestants and ear drops and that problem is almost completely solved already!.
The problem now is it feels like theres a lump or something stuck like behind my tonsil, but there's no swelling or anything anymore, the white/yellow spot hasn't returned!. I feel it only when I swallow!. It is not painful, just annoying!.
Please tell me if this could possibly still be the tonsillitis, or something else!?

You probably did not take enough antibiotics to be cured because from your description there is apparently still some infection present!. I'm sure you already know how dumb it was to pop the infected lump since that may have spread infective pus!.
Gargle with warm salt water several times daily until you can get back in to see the Dr!. In the mean time do not touch anything that appears to be infected!. Eat plenty of chicken soup, drink lots of fluids and get plenty of rest so your body can heal!. You will probably need another round of antibiotics but after that you should soon feel better!.
