Question: If mold was in a household would it make EVERYONE in it sick!?
For two and a half weeks I have had the worst time with illness and I can NOT figure out the cause!. I sneeze all of the time in my house, my eyes constantly itch and hurt, my throat bothers me and i cough up all sorts of garbage!. When I go to college for my classes or go to someone else's house, I'm fine!.!.!.!.Yesterday I found a bunch of mold on my shoes on the bottom of my closet, but besides for that, I'm stumped as to what can be making me sick!.
I am really allergic to fur, but we haven't had animals in our house in months!.
Any ideas!?

It sounds like you have it bad!. Mold and mildew are the number one cause of allergic reaction in the home!. Clean-up your closet and bathroom with an antifungal cleanser!.
Mold and mildew thrives in an environment that is dark and moist!. At your best, try to air out and keep dry these areas in your home!.
Everyone are not sensitive to household mold!.
An air purifier also works in ridding the house of mold and dust!.

if you are a renter, you have a right to demand that the landlord correct this issue!. you can get a mold testing kit from a hardware store or online!. as a renter, you can legally withhold rent until the issue is corrected (consult an attorney)!. once mold gets into flooring or carpet it is nearly impossible to get rid of completely and will recur unless you take steps to treat the florring/concrete pad underneath!.
