Question: Puffy and itchy eyelids!?
okay, well, first i have to say that, yesterday i went to the mall, and i tried 3 differnet makeup items!. i tried the mac studio concealer, or whatever, i tired Cargo's foundation/concealer, and i tried bareminerals!. i didnt buy any of them, it was more of just window shopping!. anywho, i woke up todays with my eyelids and eyebrows really itchy and i would just start rubbing them!. then i checked in the mirror, and they were kinda of swoleen!. ugh! i asked my dad, who is a doctor, and said that it was an illergic reaction to something!. i have tried the studio mac concealer before so i dont think that was it, and the cargo concealer was really good, so if im allergic to it, that would stink!. and i also really wanted to try bare minerals!. have you ever had a simaler allergic reaction to one of those!. if so, please tell me!. im about to go to the mall again to go ahead and buy some new makeup for highschool, and that last thing i want to do is buy something that puffs my eyes

Did you tell your dad that you had been trying on make-up samples from a store!? If so, he should know, as a doctor, that they are loaded with bacteria!.
I saw a report on the TV show 20/20 where they got swabs of the eye, lip, blush, face powder--whatever was open and on display--and sent it off to a lab!.!.!.!.
The results came back with everything from fecal matter (poop) to e coli!.!.!.you could not pay me enough money to try ANY sample that had not been given to me sealed, for home use!.
Dont EVER use that stuff again, and if your eyes don't clear up, get your dad to prescribe you an antibiotic eye drop!
BTW, many department stores have free samples for the asking!. I love to try new Estee Lauder products--they have a great mascara in a sample tube most times, if you ask at the counter!.
