Inhalation of titanium dioxide?
I accidentily inhaled too much of my powdered sunscreen (that has mostly iron oxides and titanium dioxide in it) and its irritating my throat a lot. what can I do about this?
(drinking water isn't helping..)

I find that this is not really a terrible item. There are some who believe it definitely is a cancer causer, but most doctors do not subscribe to this.
Basically, for inhalation there is nothing to do but move to a well vented room, and if you have a problem breathing to get to the hospital.
For ingestion or that part which is in your throat, I would suggest milk or some such item to smooth the throat.

Inhalation:
Remove to fresh air. Get medical attention for any breathing difficulty.
Ingestion:
Not expected to require first aid measures. If large amounts were swallowed, give water to drink and get medical advice.
