Question: My sister breaths loud, can't sleep help!?
My sister breaths really loud at night, i can hear her cause we hav a bunk bed, and im on the bottom!. i usually doesn't bother me, unless i go to bed after her, where she is already asleep!. Its just the noise keeps me awake!.
Anyway, how do i stop her from breathing so loud at night!. I think she breaths through her nose not her mouth, which could be the problem!.

She probably has asthma, if thats the case she can take her inhaler that useually helps,if not try breath rite nose strips they sell them at most drug stores including rite aids cvs wal greens ect!. They really help with the noise trust me my husband does the same thing!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Have her doctor determine if she has sleep apnea, that's why a lot of people snore!.!.!. or she could try one of 'em niffty nasal strips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
