Question: It's pink eye, isn't it!?
at first, I felt like something was in my eye, and was rubbing it constantly, trying to get whatever was in it out!. ans then my eyes got swollen, and then when I got home to look in the mirror, I saw that around where my eye socket is, my eyeball is inflamed!. Is this a pink eye!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does NOT sound like pink eye to me at all, though if it is, you'll know for sure in the morning!.
I've been through this with my kids a few times!. The eye itself looks kinda pink, the inner corner of the eye definitely looks brighter pink and inflamed, and if you have pink eye you should have what I can only describe as eye boogers!. When you wipe them out, they come back in a short period of time!. My daughter's eye lashes have been completely crusty because of this!. That's what pink eye looks like!.
We have also gone through itchy eyes that are pretty much allergy eyes!. They feel like something's in them so you rub and rub and then its all red when you're done rubbing!. That's why the eye looks inflamed is that it's being rubbed!.
Again, I don't think it's pink eye!. Maybe try a cool compress on the irritated eye and see if that helps or maybe some eye drops too!. Like I said, if you have the eye boogers going on in the morning, then it's likely pink eye and you should go in for eye drops at that point!.
