Every time after i shave, I see that my legs have spots on them....?!

Question:

Every time after i shave, I see that my legs have spots on them....?

Everytime after I shave, I see that my legs have spots on them that are a different color than the surrounding area, they are always paler, and it freaks me out. What's up with it? Is it an illusion, or is it a condition? Its always on my lower legs, between my ankles and my knees. Whats up with them?

Answers:

This is actually pretty easy, you have raised folicals. When ever you shave, it makes the folicals more predominate. I would guess that you also have had a problem with cutting your legs while you are shaving too.

The best way to combat this is actually to quit shaving your legs. Start using 'Nair for Sensitive Skin', or another dipilitory that will help get rid of the hair with out leaving marks. Waxing, while initially a little painful, is actually one of the best alternatives. It will help get rid of dead skin cells, and remove all of the hair at the same time. I do strongly recommend waxing, and it lasts longer than shaving, and will leave your legs smoother than they are after shaving.

Good luck, I hope this helps some.
