Answers:
Your problem could be two-fold!. Drinking on an ulcer or ulcers in the stomach can be deadly!. You will get to the point that you are losing blood and become too weak to do very much!. You will lose weight and body strength!. Bipolar pills may have a little to do with the throwing up, but most of your problem lies in drinking on top of an ulcer problem!.
Stress on top of the ulcer problem can lower your blood sugar and the drinking is causing the ulcers to get worse!.
Your husband will have to have a blood transfusion, If he does not stop drinking!. He will be forced to do three things; One, Stop drinking!. ( Nothing but water, then juice, Two rest ,to let the ulcers heal, and three relieve the stress!. If he can do these three things and let six-to eight months go by then he may be able to get back to work!. He is in no shape to do anything now, or anything in the near future!.
Three months to be throwing up is a long time to have an ulcer problem and that condition to go unchecked!. This will be hard but you will have to have a strict talk with your husband, then get him medical attention!. He should have already have seen a doctor and be on antibotiacs and some type stress reliever like prozac, riddlin, primozac, there are many to choose from that would help him relax!.
Your husband may have to be admitted in the hosipital to have fluids and have someone monitor his condition!. I have a frienmd who had ulcers and they went unchecked for several months and he had one drink too many and passed out and was rushed to the hosipital where he stayed for two weeks!. He had bleeding, loss of fluids and his stomach was destroyed by the ulcers!. He could not hold down food and just continued to drink!.
Does your husband drink beer and wine and liquior together!. If he has a high tolerance to drinking then he may be throwing up because of acute toxic alchol poisioning!.
Your husband has many conditions that would fit the throwing up and having ulcers would be the least of his troubles!.
Tell your husband he needs to do the three things mentioned and that he will need to have a complete blood work taken and a physical to have his vitals tested!. He may have high blood pressure and Low sugar in his blood!.
Lets just go with the ulcers and the drinking together!.
You will have to be the strong one to save your husband!. Tell him he must listen to you, the woman of reason, or you are leaving!. Do this because If he doesn't listen to reason then You will watch him die!. This could be a very serious condition!.
His body, by throwing up, is trying to tell him he is poisoned!. He has poison in his body and the body is trying to expell this out of his system!. Ulcers are hard to heal because they are constantly irritated by the stomach acid!.
Make him listen to the voice of reason, he needs medical attention to heal!. Go on-line and read the reports on ulcers and what can be done to help them heal!
This will be hard, but, Make him do the three things I mentioned and you may be able to help him, help himself; to Live!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to your GP!. Drinking too much obviously causes vomiting, but if its all the time, then it could be resulting from another undiagnosed condition!. I don't think its the pills!. If he does'nt work, then obviously he suffers from stress, which leads to drinking, but if he is ill then that just compounds the problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having once lived with a man that was bipolar, alcohol does not go with any meds!. It actually cancels out most meds!. If he also has ulcers he should not be drinking!. He needs to quit drinking, totally!. My bipolar man died over 10 years ago, while driving drunk!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

he needs to stop drinking!. if he keeps it up he will aggravate his ulcer and will need surgery!. if he does not control his drinking then he could bleed out internally and die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
