here are my symptoms dizziness,stuffy and achy head, arms hurt ,back hurts,memory problems neck is stiff and achy tried and ibs.vision problems,feel achy all over

dizziness and stuffy head usually aren't part of fibro. those sound like an allergy. either way, you need to get to a doctor asap to find out.
the sooner you are diagnosed, the sooner you get start getting proper treatment. be prepared to get tested for numerous other diseases that have the same symptoms of fibromyalgia. rheumatolgists are often the doctors that treat fibro.
