I wonder how old you are!. If you have kept this a secret, won't everybody be taken aback when you die from the DISEASE/CONDITION because eventually that will happen!.

A simple answer, absolutely not, you can not recover on your own!. You have deprived your body of essential nutrition needs and will have to replace them before the lack of those kill you!.

I had a patient like you!. She finally admitted it to her family and they supported her while she went through treatment!. She got better under the supervision of a psychiatrist and primary doctors!. You will also have a nutritionist, and family members on the team!. These people have one thing in common, to make you better!. You will have to put a great effort with the team or it will not work!.

You might be suprised that someone in the family already know you have a problem!. But you must be willing to announce this problem to move toward treatment!.

You can not do this alone so Please don't try!. I am sure there were times you said to yourself that you can do it on your own only to relapse!. Please get help as soon as possible!. How hurt would your family feel if they knew it was a way to help and you did not give them the opportunity!.

If there are problems with family dynamics, talk to a friend!. If you go to church, talk to a member who can stick with you during this treatment!. Could you write a message to my email to let me know what your decision was and how you are doing!? See, people who don't know you, cares about you!. Don't write your self off yet!. I wouldn't say it's impossible, but it can be pretty damn near it!. I was a cutter, but I never told anyone and managed to get over my depression myself!. I'm really not sure how I did it!.!.!.it was a challenge everyday, listing every reason why I should be happy, or in your case, why you shouldn't binge or purge!.

Good luck though, and I do advise you talk to *someone*, even if it's just a friend!. Professional help may seem like it's embarassing, but its not!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Without support from people who love you it would be almost impossible to recover!. I encourage you to talk to someone you care about and ask them to hold you accountable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
