Question: I had an abscess on my vagina lips and had it removed!.!.!.!?
6 weeks ago but the area is still a bit sore!.!.!.!.the lump has gone and it is nowhere near as painful as it was before!.!.!.what could it be!!?!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to understand that your vagina is a highly sensitive area, so it will take time to heal!. Especially if it was quite large!.

Well, even after six weeks things aren't completely healed dear!. That's a pretty sensitive region, with lots of nerve endings to be repaired!. Nerves are slow to repair as well, so it's not a real surprise things would be tender and sensitive for a bit!. Give it a bit more time, and things will settle down, honest!. Meantime, you might want some looser undies, and go commando when you reasonably can- expecially at night while sleeping!. A bit of air flow helps with healing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
