Does the Chi machine or Jigglin George really help people with diabetes?!

My dad has diabetes and has had a serious wound/infection on his foot for 2 months now!. The infection has gone into the bone!. The antibiotics are not helping, the doctor said he needs to try Hyper Barrick treatment!. My wife and I live 12 hours away and are really at a loss for what to do to help!. I am thinking about buying him a Chi machine or Jigglin George machine!. Should I buy one I heard it could be a snake oil type product!. Is that true, do you know anyone that used them to help with diabetes, especially bad circulation in their feet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
