Anyway, she kissed someone and shes clean of oral herpes and so is he!. What's the chance of her getting oral herpes and what does oral herpes do!?

Pretty much everyone has oral herpes- if you've ever had a cold sore, then you're got herpes!. The key is to not kiss someone when you have an active sore either on the mouth, or in the genital area!. Herpes doesn't "Do" much- besides creating painful lesions!. If he does not and never has had a cold sore, she wouldn't have a chance of getting it from him!.
But keep in mind somewhere around 90% of the population has cold sores aka hsv-1!. She may have it and never had a cold sore or only had one when she was little!. Many people get it from relatives kissing them when they are young!.
The virus is with you for life when you get it, it lays dormant in nerve endings and can cause cold sores!. Sometimes I get a cold sore when I'm stressed or don't get enough sleep!.
If someone has a cold sore that is when there is the greatest chance of getting it, but only if you have skin to skin contact with that person (kissing and possibly sharing a drink if you drink right after they do)!. There is a small chance of getting it if there is no sore if there is viral shedding going on (but you can't see that)!.
You can be tested for hsv-1!. If you have a sore the doctor can do a culture but those tests can be inaccurate because they are time sensitive due to healing and the virus not being present!. Blood tests are the most accurate but from the doctors I've known they act like its not even worth testing for!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
