It is important to remember that not all breast cancer is a lump and a once a year mammogram isn't enough to take care of ourselves!.
Doing a monthly self-exam is one part of helping us be proactive in taking control of our health and reducing our risks of late diagnosis!. Living a healthy lifestyle can reduce our risk as well!.

If you Noticed I've been sporting Breast Cancer Awareness On my Screename!. My fellow NASCAR Nation Members on here are sporting Pink Avatars to Promote the Awareness and Remember those who were lost!.
I would just like to say my thoughts and Prayers are with those who have it and Those who have fallen to it!. I wish they would all get better and live the healthiest life they can!. But My Prayers and Thoughts are with them!.
