I once had experience this!.
So i hope the following will help ya =)

First, dont peel them!. They will get worst if u did!.
Use a mild exfoliator (not drying one) to remove the dead skin cells first!. Do make sure any facial products you used is not drying to your skin

Invest in a good water-based moisturizer that is high in water content and apply it everyday after cleansing your face!.

I use a Q-tip to apply moisturizer actually because the moisturizer will normally be absorbed by my hand if i use it to apply!.
And somehow i think its more hygienic to use a Q-tip!.
Using Q-tip also make sure i reach out the sides of my nose easily!.

It is important to slap yourself with sun block before going out!.
Dry skin can be damaged easily by uv rays if you dont protect them!.
I didnt wear any sunblock the other time when my skin is freaking dry and i really regret it now!. I can tell my skin aged pretty much!.

Anyway, some moisturizing masks can be very beneficial for dry skin too!.
Like aloe or honey masks!. I love them =)

Lastly, drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables to replenish the moisture level of your skin!.
I once heard eating almonds is good for dry skin!.
I tried it and i think it really is =)

Thats all i can remember for now!.
Hopefully it helps you!.

If the dryness still persists, you might wan to consider making a trip down to a clinic!. It might be some skin problem like eczema!.
Good luck! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

I've suffered from dry skin since I was a child!.The best and cheapest way I found out was:
Apply liquid glycerin, easily available at the drugstore (mix it with with a little water, to make it easier to be absorbed by the skin) or use a glycerin-based cream ( look at the ingredients of the cream; glycerin should be the main one)!.
Liquid glycerin will moisturise your skin almost instantly, but the effect is short lived, so you need to apply it a couple times during the day!. If your skin is very dry, it will probably sting lightly at first, and your skin might get red, but it will pass in a few minutes, don't worry!.

Olive oil and /or shea butter based creams are good too!. I usually add a little more liquid glycerin to them to thin them out, so they are more easily absorbed!.

If you don't mind the oily feel, get a small jar,mix a little pure olive oil with some drops of essential oil of your prefered fragrance ( found very cheaply in many stores) until the olive oil smell is covered by the fragrance of the essential oil!. Apply on the skin!. Olive oil is not as quick-acting as the liquid glycerin to, but the effect lasts longer!.

My trick is to use glycerin during the day, and olive oil before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u could have dermatitis, or eczema, which if that is the case you should go and see your doctor!. or it could be because of the environment you are in, or possibly your diet!.!.!.

you should probly just invest in a good moisturiserWww@Answer-Health@Com
