This article is right on target. America is all about making money and dairy and meat are the bulk of it on the eating side of corporate earnings. Did you know who created and marketed the 4 food groups back in the 60's? The dairy industry (with the FDA'S approval of course) obviously had a vestige interest in this ploy.
Keep educating yourself and other people about this article. We have to change our way of eating and education is the key.
