Answers:

Hard to answer with the information you have given. If your chlamydial infection developed into PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) then you are at risk of both short term consequences such as Fitz-Hugh-Curtis syndrome (perihepatitis) and tubo-ovarian abscess and long term conseuquences including infertility, ectopic pregnancy, and chronic pelvic pain.
PID is usually polymicrobial in cause meaning that more than one microbe is involved and can be sexually transmitted in origin (STI) or occur from other organisms and bacteria. The STI related causes can be chlamydia, gonorrhea, and rarely viruses and protozoa like herpes simplex or trichomoniasis.

It is estimated that 10-15% of women of reproductive age will have had one episode of PID (Arol SO, et al. Self reported pelvic inflammatory disease in the U.S., 1988. JAMA1991;266:2570-2573). It is important to note that most cases of PID probably go undiagnosed (up to 2/3 of cases)/underreported. PID is a challenging diagnosis as there really is no single historical, physical, or laboratory finding that is both sensitive and specific for a diagnosis of PID (Kahn JG et al. Diagnosing PID: A Comprehensive analysis and considerations for developing a new model.JAMA 1991;266:2594-2604)

The incidence of long term sequelae (complications) of PID (tubal factor infertility, ectopic pregnancy, chronic pelvic pain) is DIRECTLY related to the number of episodes of PID. (Westrom L, et al. Pelvic inflammatory disease and fertility. A cohort study of 1,844 women with laparoscopically verified disease and 657 control women with normal laparoscopic results. Sex. Transm Dis 1992;19185-192)

This means that the more episodes of PID one gets, the more one is at risk of becoming infertile etc.,.
