I serously believe it is called Petechia. Don't worry, it isn't most likely major.
Petechia basically means that blood has come up to the surface of the skin. This can happen for different reasons. It kinda looks like when, or if a child were slapped on a cheek or backside. Not having been slapped, or with head trama like a car accident could cause as an example ... I wouldn't think these would be the cause. However a sinus infection could cause pressure to build from inside the sinus and thus cause Petechia.
Google Petechia, and then if in doubt, go to a doctor while they are present to be observed. They will outrule any blood disorder or disease.
In the case of my younger son, it was discovered that his Petechia was a blood disease when he was 1 1/2 years old .... BUT....he had it EVERY WHERE with "finger tip brusing " from head to toes. A lot of bruses he didn't drserve to get from playing like a one year old. He still has problems with it but lives a happy normal life. He has now lived with it about 7 years.
I only put the above info about my son in case other readers needed to know. You my friend, rest asured, DO NOT HAVE A SERIOUS MEDICAL PROBLEM based on your discription. You probably have a sinus infection like I said or a tooth infection .... maybe even an inner ear or eye problem with pressure.
