Congestion.?
I'm 15 years old and I cough up alot of mucous. I was just wondering is this normal or should I go get checked out by a doctor. This bothers me since I'm constantly having to get the mucous out of my throat by coughing it up.

I would suggest getting checked out by a doctor. Could be allergies or asthma. Sounds similar to my grade school daughter and she was diagnosed with mild asthma. The doctor was able to give her nasal allergy medication which helped tremendously.
