Gall bladder or not??!

Question:

Gall bladder or not??

I'm a 37 yr. old female and have noticed within the last couple of weeks that I've been having these "episodes" of bad gas. It feels like there is this huge bubble of gas that passes from my stomach to my intestines but I never get relief until it goes away. I was just wondering if this maybe has something to do with my gall bladder or if anybody may know what's causing it. It'll usually happen after I eat and sometimes when I get up in the morning. The bubble is sometimes painful when it comes until it subsides, I can't catch my breath sometimes. If anybody has any suggestions, that would be great!

Answers:

Well, my suggestion is to see a doctor. I had the same thing, three times before I went to the emergency room, and after a short stay in the hospital, I came home with my gall bladder removed. The attack was painful, I had a hard time catching my breath. It felt like a huge bubble of gas between my rib cages, in the upper portion of my stomach. The ultrasound showed two gall stones in my gall bladder and the gall bladder was thick.
