Can one get a rash on face and chest from being on the sun too much?!

Question:

Can one get a rash on face and chest from being on the sun too much?

3 weeks ago I started a new job and most of the time we work out in the sun. I noticed that about a week after I started I got these non-itchy red spots on my back that strted disappearing about a week later, but still can be seen. Then a week more later I got those on my chest and my face. I still have them and by the way it looks they gonna take about a month to disappear. Some of them are just red spots that look like pimples and hurt when you touch them with no puss though, others actually look like blisters and also hurt. Can these be caused by the sun/heat... excess of vitamin D caused by the sun? They hurt more than pimples and take forever to disappear, that's why it bothers me so much. I know most of you are gonna say to the doctor so if that's the answer then please do not include it-- if I had extra money for doctors I would've.

Answers:

You could have "Sun Poisoning" I have a very good friend that has that and she found from her doctor she can not go in the sun without being covered up now.
It comes from some kind of depletion of the Ozone layers, not protecting from the radiation of the sun as much she said.
Go to a doctor he might be able to help you treat it, or if you are like me and don't like doctors or hospitals because they rip you off, look up how to treat it on the net, there must be some information for self treatment that is natural and affordable.
