Please help me i think i have allergies/sinus?

I was outside all day and as soon as i came in it feels like thjeres a whole wack of mucus in my throat where ur nose and throat connects..can someone give me advice??? it annoying plz help

my throat is dry and water dont work neither does salt water or mouthwash

If you have some dayquil (or nyquil if it's late) that should help coat your throat. Plus, it has the decog, antihistamine, and tylenol in it all together.
