What would be the effect on your lungs if you inhaled black n milds or small filtered cigars?

I don't think you are supposed to inhale cigars........and lord why would you want to. i did one time and it about killed me! haha.....but i don't see what the difference in cigars and cigarettes are.....if u can stand it then do it, none of its healthy!:)
