I've just got back from the Dr's a few hrs ago after a very long and difficult night...?

I started to have the chills and a very high fever. However now, I am feeling better. I'm still a bit cold, but no chill. Is this common after having the chills? I couldn't sleep at all last night. Dr. says to drink lots. I'm on antibiotics. He says it's from a urinary tract infection. I'm sooo confused.

Well confusion is, that this all happened a few hrs after coming home from a friend's party. I suspect it could've also been from something I ate? Although, I would've had stomache symptoms then.
