I got it yesterday, ever since i stuffed butter cookies and salty pringles down my throat.

Could be that the food went down the wrong way but I would recommend seeing your dr for further evaluation. If you can't get in this week I would recommend trying one of the walk-in clinics such as those that are showing up in some of the bigger drugstores now to have them evaluate this situation further.
