I have seasonal allergies. i just mowed my yard and can hardly breathe. my question is would it be better to have a window fan or air conditioner at night. the cooler the room the better i sleep. i have been waking up congested. i live in the nevada desert

I use the AC. I also have the same problems. You should try getting a NETI POT from your local drug store.
