ok this is a little wierd but...i get bad razor bumps "down below" (if u catch my drift) whenever i shave. i have 2 shave cause i work @ the beach & wear a bathing suit 24/7. can anyone please help me get rid of them!!!!

i use shaving cream & a new razor everytime also...is this bad?

put lotion on it everyday and make sure you use a good amount of shaving gel everytime you shave. You can also but some special creams that they sell in grocery stores! It works! witch hazel is also a great solution! The main reason it happens is because you shave with dry skin, even though its wet in the shower. Keep it moist with cream and gel and your good to go!
