Ingrown hairs/dark spots on inside of leg?
i am overweight---not huge, but clinically yes. i obviously sweat between my legs (upper thighs). the skin color is darker than my normal pigment and i get little pimples/ingrown hairs & TONS of blackheads ALL the time. i've had this for years. is there any way to get rid of it? it's embarrassing when i'm up in stirrups at the doctor's office. i'm sure they see it all the time though.

Neutrogena body wash...use a scrubby puff , not your hand or wash cloth. This will exfoliate the skin better and help keep the pores unclogged.
