How do you get rid of back acne in a week?
I have a pool party July 7th and my back is a mess.

Go to the store and get neutrogena Acne Wash shower gel... If it doesn't come with it get the lotion as well and wash with that acouple times a day... Get a poof with a handle on it and have someone apply the lotion on your back... It should clear up and if you can get a little sun on your back that will help dry it out as well. good luck.
