I was drinking beer pretty heavily when i was on geodon and abilify. would that cause them to not work right?

I quit drinking 2 weeks ago and have done really well so far with not drinking. would that cause antipsychotics not to work?

Yep. Heavy drinking causes the liver to "rev up" to break down the alcohol.

Once the liver is "revved up", then it would break down the medications quicker as well.
