Pcos and my skin?

teh doc says i may have pcos and my skin is bad on my back lots of acne scarring what can i do to get rid of the scars? i cant atke accutane cause we want a baby.

Rub some Vitamin E oil on it, its good for everything, it got rid of all my scars from my surgeries and also my stretch marks.
