Is there a "natural way" to cure muscle twitching?!

Question:

Is there a "natural way" to cure muscle twitching?

When I mean natural, I mean a way to cure it without going to the doctor or medicines. I heard that peroxide helps. I have the toothpaste: Colgate Whitening with baking soda and peroxide. So if I rubbed some of the toothpaste onto the areas where I twitch, will it might stop twitching? It's got peroxide in it..... IF that doesn't help, what can? (plz don't say I have to go the doctor, that excuse gets old)

it feels like a small beat. One area twitches for like a week, other places start twitching for about another week, and the first area starts twitching again. It twitches in places like my arm(above elbow), back of my leg, toes, a little to the left of my belly button, butt cheek (I know...don't ask -_-), and rarely, my lower back. Is that clear enough?

Answers:

Make sure you are eating a well balanced diet, meaning, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink water. Muscles are moved by a chemical signaling system that depends on a proper balance between potassium (K+) and sodium (Na-) suspended in water in your body. Bananas are paticularly high in K+, but don't go eating a dozen, one or two a day should be plenty. That said, you need to rule out other causes of muscle twitching. There are several that could cause you great harm if not discovered early. IOW: Go to the doctor.
