Upset stomach.. burping.. tightness in throat and shortness in breath? I'm also 14 years old and I'm dealing with Upset stomach, dizziness, and tightness in throat. I also have that tightness feeling in my chest at some times. I'm not sure but it COULD be Acid Reflux. I have Acid Reflux and feel these symptoms: Anxiety, upset stomach, tightness in throat, tightness in chest, and nausea. Do you have a Sinus Infection? That could cause your dizziness. Acid Reflux doesn't cause dizziness, but Sinuses do. The burping is also a symptom of Acid Reflux. Now I'm not saying you HAVE Acid Reflux but it's possible. I'm no doctor, I'm only a 14 year old teen. I'm dealing with Acid Reflux, Anxiety, Sinuses, Tight throat, Tight chest, Nausea, Dizziness, Bones Ache feeling, and Feeling weak. Sinuses and Anxiety of course cause all this to be worse. Don't be scared though, your all right. It's just a feeling. Like I said, it could be Acid Reflux or something else.

ANOTHER THING, the weird taste in mouth could be acid from the stomach. That's another Acid Reflux symptom. If you don't know what Acid Reflux is, you can use www.google.com to research about it. I hope you get better, as do I haha. If you wanna chat I have Windows Live Messenger! We could maybe get something from this.
