Home remedies for remvoing post acne marks/scars?

please i'm desperate. As with all females in there mid 20's acne is a recurring problem. I need help starting new job acne and post acne marks brown spots and scars are a huge problem. I start work in a week and a half. HELP anyone! Thanks in advance.
