Why Does Yahoo Allow Scams?
Why does Yahoo allow scammers to post scam cures in the Diabetes section. These answers has nothing to do with Diabetes. We know that there's no cure for Diabetes. No matter how many times you report them Yahoo will not remove their scams! I've also seen these same scams posted else where on Yahoo Answers.

As I'm sure you and all regulars to this section know, these scams drive me crazy.
The thing I hate most is that one in particular seems very dangerous to me. There's something about that one that gets under my skin big time.
Yeah we can be educated, but what about those that aren't? And isn't selling against the TOS?
When I find myself clicking on his profile and then going through all his answers to thumbs-down him, I know I really need to get more of a life.
Edit: Hey did we finally get rid of that guy? I don't see him anywhere. Although I'm sure he'll be back under some other name.
