I love Arbonne - I use the re9 regime (I too have very dry skin)
for my body I use the sea salt shower scrub and I also love their new fyi tinted moisturizer - it has an spf in it too so I am moisturizing and covering up!!

Drink more water
take vitamins a e and c orally and do not use ANY product with mineral oil (or petroleum) = vaseline it's cheap and not good for you (google petroleum)!
