When adults have their tonsils taken out is it an outpatient deal?
how long should you expect to be in the hospital?
Answers:
I had my tonsils taken out this past Friday. My surgery was scheduled @ 7:30 am so I had to be there @ 5:30am. The procedure didn't take very long about 15 minutes total. I was @ home in bed by 11:00 the same morning. FYI if you don't have to have them taken out, LEAVE then in. I am on day 4 and the pain is horrible!! Good Luck!
