I have had it for years so i need help with how to clear it up how to make my skin soft and how to get rid of the scars its left. Thanks for the help

I have it too. It got so bad on my leg it left little scars of where it was. I use Eucerin and my doctor prescribed me a cream that helps it go away. Ask your doctor or dermatologist about something.
