Coughing up mucus and a really bad headache?!

Its not pneumonia right?? I had that in the fall, but then i was really really sick and couldnt even move around. And it hurt my chest when i would breath in. Now my head just aches really bad, and im coughing up mucus. I dont have much of a fever though, i cant move around, i dont feel horribly sick, and my chest dosent hurt that bad. What do you think i have? i want to get better because track is starting soon, and my cross country season was ruined by pneumonia.
