What should I do for a sore throat?!


Question: What should I do for a sore throat?
I'm just starting to get it along with a tickle in my throat. My sinus feel a bit congested. I do take vitamin C and I like herb tea. What do you recommend?

Answers:

Eat some cayenne / capsicum pepper powder.
You can add it to a drink . . .
If you need to eat, you can put it in your food,
but to begin with drink it in liquid after eating the last bite of food.
Don't eat or drink anything after-wards, just let it line the throat for awhile.

Cayenne / Capsicum are both high in Vitamin C, plus other constituents that help stop a sore throat,
or at least keep it at bay, used as often as necessary, the sooner the better (as usual).


After eating & drinking all you need for awhile . . .
Thoroughly masticate the inner white part of *fresh* orange peels.
Swallow diluted ONLY with your saliva.
Let it sit in your throat . . .
That part of the orange is LOADED with bioflavonoids!
I once had such a painful sore throat that I could NOT swallow ANYTHING.
After I did as described above, after I guess an hour I was pain free for four hours straight!
So, every three hours, I would repeat the process, until it was no longer necessary.
(My next-door neighbor boy---Bobby LaChat---told me that this part of the orange is most beneficial,
when we were just kids.)

So . . .

Sanitize your inner ears with several drops of hydrogen peroxide, one ear at a time.
Point each ear toward the ceiling (at different times, of course), and put the drops in.
Let them fizz, and gently massage that area around the ear to help it work into all nooks & crannies.
After each ear has stopped fizzing, drained, & dried, I put coconut oil (olive is ok) in each ear,
to keep the tissues from drying out & peeling.
Work the oil in similarly, let drain, & gently dry with a clean soft cloth.
Repeat. . . (I first read about this in an article on Dr. Mercola's website.)


I have personally had a sore-throat develop to the point where I 'knew' from long experience that it would be with me for at least 2 weeks, but when I sanitized my ears, the soreness went away overnight.


AVOID --'LIKE THE PLAGUE'--- **USA cow's** milk & its products: yogurt, cheese, kefir, etc. . .
European strains of milk cows do not produce as much---if any---of the phlegm-producing constituent,
that USA strains of milk cows do.

Goat's milk & its products are OK, as they do NOT produce the phlegm-producing constituent.
You want to AVOID ingesting ANYthing that results in your producing phlegm,
as *it provides the perfect hiding place---& breeding ground---for bacteria, virus, & parasites*.


There are combination herbs & vitamins available, but use only those from natural sources.
Make sure that if you are sensitive to any herbs, that they are not in the combination.
(For example, 'Goldenseal' should not be taken by those with low blood sugar problems.
Echinacea & Chamomile are each related to ragweed.)



Gargle with a tablespoon of salt to a glass of water, then drink lemon and honey tea.Do this several times a day, especially when you feel the tickle coming on



Drink lots of night quile, you'll sleep right though it. lol! or you can try gargling with warm salt water, or take a table spoon of apple cider vinegar.



Anti-histamine e.g., Aerius [desloratadine], antiseptic/ antibacterial lozenges, aspirin in warm water gargle, may help.



Take one zinc lozenge every 6 hours. Herb tea is good. You're probably getting a cold so not too much you can do but wait.



lol I just got over the same thing all I did was drink tea and alot of orange juice.Thats all I got sorry sis.Oh and rest.hope you fell better.



Short of amputation?

I gargle one part hydroxide in three parts water..

If you foam at the mouth, you use more water.
