my throught also is always itching me, which's causing the cough to last more. is there anything i can do for at least to get to sleep a little?

SAME! lol i looked something similar up and this question came up.. idk why i'm answering it. Do you get this ticklish feeling in your throat when you cough? It could be allergies :/ Although I kinda doubt it is considering its winter.
