My face has been breaking out ever since I started taking protienshakes has this happened to anyone else?


Answers:

I hasn't happened to me but do the protein shakes have any stimulants in them? I don't know what brand you are drinking so I can't check the ingredients. Caffeine or pills that make you stay awake make my face break out something fierce.
